Report on monitoring methods supporting the elasticity of demand completed
In August 2017, the Energy Authority initiated a tendering process for a report on the effects of various monitoring methods on the increase in the elasticity of demand, and on the future development of monitoring methods for the promotion of elasticity of demand. The report was intended to answer questions about how efficient international monitoring methods have been in the promotion of elasticity in demand, and how this has benefited electricity users.
Moreover, the final report was intended to provide recommendations on how to develop monitoring methods that will move the elasticity of demand in the right direction in Finland.
